AI Assistant

Our platform includes an AI-powered assistant that can respond to guest inquiries via Telegram. When you interact with this assistant:

• Your messages are processed by a large language model (LLM) to generate responses
• Message content is sent to our AI service provider for processing
• We do not use your conversations for AI model training
• Conversation data is retained alongside your RSVP data and subject to the same retention policy

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your RSVP data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Analytics data is processed and stored by Zoho PageSense on their secure servers.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to your data is limited to the event hosts only.

Who Can See Your Data

Your personal information is only accessible to:

• The wedding hosts (us) for event planning purposes
• Our service providers (Supabase, Zoho PageSense, and our AI service provider) who process data on our behalf

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We will retain your RSVP data for a reasonable period after the wedding to assist with any post-event follow-up (such as thank-you notes). After that, your personal data will be deleted within 6 months of the wedding date.

Analytics data collected through Zoho PageSense will be retained in accordance with Zoho's data retention policies and will not be linked to your identity.
